I recently graduated law school and sat for the Texas Bar Examination. In addition, I have worked as a teacher in the Houston Independent School District (HISD) and for the Children's Defense Fund's Freedom Schools. I have experience working with students of all ages. I believe in the value of education, but also recognize the unique difficulties and pressures that today's students face. I strive to combat these difficulties with a youthful and energetic approach to tutoring, aiming to make subject matters come alive. My goal is to make study material approachable and fun while maintaining a level of focus and discipline that leads to positive results, including better habits and higher grades. In my spare time, I enjoy playing and watching my favorite sports.
