I feel that education is a very important key to success in life. This is why I have a deep passion for helping others achieve their academic goals. I especially enjoy witnessing that "aha!" moment where the student has reached full understanding of the subject matter at hand and the personal confidence that the student demonstrates puts me at ease. When this occurs all is right in my world! I not only have the passion to assist in attaining that academic goal but I have worked in a teaching and tutoring capacity for many years. I have been in classrooms with students of all ages - from toddlers to adults. I have worked in groups and in one-on-one settings. I make sure to observe, listen, reflect, and plan for the student because the student's success is also my success.
