I also hold a certification in Special Education. I have previously worked ample hours with students in middle and high schools whose abilities greatly varied. I know that most students do not enjoy mathematics, so it is my goal, as a tutor, to make the subject as fun and relatable to those of all ages. I strive to ensure that my students do not simply memorize the information that is presented to them, but also understand the concepts so that they are able to apply them to other ideas in the classroom. I have always enjoyed doing math for as long as I can remember. I hope to inspire some students by showing them that math can be highly rewarding.
