I am a postdoctoral scholar completing research training in a Cell Biology research lab. I have taught at every educational level from K-12 through undergraduate. Most of my teaching experience has been Biology based courses for undergraduates (Major and Non-Major). I have also been a tutor for college athletes. I enjoy the experience of working with students with diverse academic abilities.

I am extremely passionate about science; my favorite subjects are Biology, Zoology, Ecology, and Environmental Science. My certifications include Elementary K-6, Special Education N-12, Mid-Level Mathematics 7-9 and ESL. Currently, I am employed as an Inclusion Special Education teacher in Pittsburgh Public School District working in math classrooms. I also coach middle school girls basketball.
