Certified Tutor

I graduated from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics in 2017. I professionally tutored students for three years while working toward my degree and I plan to teach mathematics in the future. My favorite subjects to tutor are mathematics and Matlab programming because they present the most challenges and are the most rewarding to explain. My teaching philosophy is that every student can be successful in their education with the right balance of one-on-one instruction and personal drive and motivation. I encourage students to learn concepts for themselves while I guide them through the material. In my free time, I love reading books, playing guitar and singing, and watching tv shows.
