Certified Tutor

I am currently an undergraduate in Engineering (undeclared until sophomore year) at Carnegie Mellon University, pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Engineering. I have been tutoring a wide range of students for several years, starting in the COVID-19 academic year under the organization "Connect With Gwinnett", during which I went to several elementary schools in my county to tutor elementary and middle school students. In high school, as a member of the National Honor Society and President of the National Spanish Honor Society, I assisted peers of mine in many subjects. My favorite subject to tutor in is Spanish because I understand the difficulty to learning a new language (and keeping it!), so I tutor with the goal of ensuring the language becomes easier to retain. The value of education and knowledge is truly priceless and key to a future filled with opportunities to explore, experience, and grow. As such, I aspire to set all my students on this path. During my spare time, I relax by doing art, mainly photography, as a method of self-expression. I also love reading and taking walks in the evenings.
