I am a Georgia State student with over 4 years of in-person and virtual tutoring both independently and with a tutoring organization. I am currently working towards my Bachelor in Music Management, and music and art has always been one of my passions. I have helped students from ages 8 - 17 move towards their individual academic and learning goals, in areas such as ACT/SAT, math fundamentals, Algebra, and pre college-level Spanish. I enjoy helping each student overcome their own individual struggles and putting them in a position to learn more efficiently. I believe that no student is smarter than another, and each student has their own individual learning strengths, weaknesses, speed and style. I believe learning should be fun and challenging. I enjoy tutoring math and foreign language the most, and I believe that the two subjects have much in common. I enjoy finding the exact way to communicate a mathematical idea to each individual in a way where they truly grasp and retain the information.
