Noel: Tacoma tutor
Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of Auburn University where I received a B.A. in International Trade and Spanish. After graduating, I earned my M.B.A. at the University of New Orleans, while serving in the Peace Corps in the city of New Orleans. During my service time, I taught low-level adults literacy, and young adults the GED.
After completing graduate work, I worked in Standardized Test prep around the southeastern United States. My speciality became teaching college students the GRE, GMAT, and, in particular, the LSAT, which I have done for nearly 10 years now.
I was fortunate enough to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a semester to teach promising young Saudi students the SAT. I am passionate about teaching mathematics, my father was a mathematician at Auburn University for 47 years, but, as a writer myself, I also truly enjoy teaching writing, language, and reading. I pride myself on my ability to truly communicate and teach to a diverse range of people, whether that be age, ethnicity, nationality, gender, etc.
My teaching philosophy comes down to two imperative components; patience and understanding.
