Greetings! I am a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I earned my degree in Spanish Linguistics and International Relations, followed by a Master of Arts in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Over the past 11+ years, I have cultivated a diverse skill set in translation, transcription, and customer service, blending linguistic precision with a deep commitment to connecting across cultures.
I have served as a professor in ESL Healthcare Occupational programs, where I equip learners with the language tools they need to excel in their professional environments. My career has taken me from Europeteaching English to Basque and Catalan native speakersto the fast-paced world of healthcare as an Ambulatory Representative and Interpreter.
What drives me is creating a positive, structured, and inspiring learning environment. I design lessons and activities that resonate with learners of all ages and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that language learning is not just effective, but engaging. My own journey as both a student and educator has instilled in me a deep respect for the unique learning process of every individualand a passion for helping each one reach their fullest potential.
