I am a current graduate student at Columbia University where I am earning my Master's of International Affairs. I grew up in Texas, but live on the East Coast. After graduating with my undergraduate degree, I worked in DC as a political pollster and consultant for five years. Afterwards I moved to New York and began to focus on Russia and the post-Soviet states as my academic interest. I have also been able to travel extensively to places such as Spain, Portugal, Germany, Armenia, Nepal, and many other countries. I have helped with translation, ESL tutoring, and have tutored adults and helped them improve essays. On top of this, I have also served as an Editor for our Journal of International Affairs. I have traveled extensively, and enjoy windsurfing, Russian Cinema, and football (soccer).
