I have a strong passion for mathematics/physics and am excited to share that same passion with students who are willing! As a tutor, I want to make sure that each student I tutor has the necessary knowledge and tools to answer each problem that he/she encounters. For example, when teaching Geometry, a student must have a great foundation in algebra in order to be successful in solving geometry problems. Hence, I strive to be able to strengthen the confidence of my students when solving any mathematical problem by making them aware of the knowledge that they have readily available in their brain. My favorite subjects to tutor are geometry and all levels of calculus! I like that geometry entails visual learning and allows me to be creative in my problem solving. I also enjoy calculus because it is an interesting subject that analyzes many mathematical concepts that we learned growing up. My workload as a mechanical engineering student allows me to practice and apply the fundamentals of calculus, geometry, algebra, and trigonometry daily.

Outside of my love for mathematics and physics, I enjoy watching TV shows such as How to Get Away with Murder and Stranger Things, exercising and playing sports such as basketball and volleyball, and eating at different restaurants/cuisines. In the future, I am interested in product design and doing research in my field. Lastly, I have a passion for helping others and will do my best to ensure that my student has a great understanding of the subject at the end of our session.
