The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO) is a contest put on by the American Chemical Society (ACS). It is used to select the team of four students who will represent the U.S. in the International Chemistry Olympiad. The local ACS chooses eight students to take the USNCO National Exam. If your child is preparing to compete for a spot, Varsity Tutors can help you connect with a skilled tutor to help them sharpen their skills.
High school U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad tutoring can help with:
- Study skills

U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad tutoring can help your child prepare for the exam including getting familiar with the format. Your child will be given 90 minutes, and their score is equal to the number of questions they answered correctly. The second portion contains 8 questions in the free response format.
