About Me

I am a classically-trained pianist and a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music in Piano. My favorite subjects to teach are music, English, writing, study skills, and technology, but I also tutor general classes and am happy to help you with any subject! I have taught group classes, but my favorite teaching environment is one-on-one tutoring! I love helping to solve problems, answer questions, see the "light bulb" go on, and watch my students begin to enjoy the content they are studying! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and playing music.
