About Me

I am currently a rising sophomore in the College of Arts and Science at New York University (NYU). I'm a pre-health student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neural Science. I have the most experience tutoring at the high school level; I actively participated in three tutoring programs at my high school and was appointed through my academic performance. Almost all math subjects, especially Algebra and Calculus, are really enjoyable for me to tutor because I love sharing my experiences and seeing students gain confidence in their abilities! Chemistry is a close second mostly because I am currently studying the material for the third time since my sophomore year of high school. I want my students to feel comfortable telling me their expectations for what exactly they hope to gain from me and our session. The student's learning style has the highest priority, and I experiment with teaching methods to see what works best. Every academic discipline equally contributes to the development of a well-rounded and aware individual, so I try to communicate that the knowledge each student stands to gain is incredibly important for their present and future. When I'm not in class, I am actively involved in my college's student council and mentoring program. Also, I enjoy trying new restaurants, exercising, reading, and listening to music.
