About Me

Every child can succeed when given the proper tools. As an educator, I strive to build relationships with my students and families, create obtainable and high standards of excellence. Learning looks different for each student and the key to success is creating an individualized plan that meets their specific needs. Let's keep it fun, engaging and meaningful! I have been an educator for the past eleven years. My undergraduate degree in Childhood Education and my master's degree as a Reading Specialist, has enabled me to impact thousands of children throughout the years. I have most recently been working privately with students to build individualized educational plans to help them achieve academic success. In addition to teaching, I love to travel, go hiking, sew, read non-fiction and design floral arrangements.
