About Me

I have been working in the education industry for 10 years, working as a certified teacher, tutor, tutor of Orton Gillingham, para-educator and substitute. I am certified in Orton Gillingham methods and have extensive experience working with kids and teens which have ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. I have worked with all ages ranging from preschool through adults. I currently teach online ESL classes to South Korean adults in order to help them succeed in the workforce. As for my education, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English, Language and Literature, along with a Master's Degree in Secondary Education. I am married and have a seven year old daughter. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the library, watching movies, and volunteering at my local animal shelter. A fun fact about me is that I am a vegetarian.
