About Me

I like to help others learn and achieve academic success, and I have a variety of experiences to show it. I've tutored high-school students in East Harlem; created curriculum and taught classes for adult English language learners; engaged pre-K children in science experiments; and assisted my peers with coursework as an undergraduate at Notre Dame. I believe learning looks different for everyone, and a little patience and creativity can go a long way in tutoring. My day job in refugee resettlement utilizes my communication skills and my ability to solve real-life logic problems, like those on the LSAT and college admissions tests. I specialize in writing as a professional skill and personal hobby; I like to read, eat, paint, and travel for fun.
