I am a special ed Algebra 1 high school teacher. I understand what students struggle with, especially when it comes to learning disabilities as I have ADHD and have trouble with focusing. I have privately tutored grade levels K-12 as well as a few college students. I love music, mostly hip hop/rap. Whether I am at home or in the car, I am always listening to something. Health is important to me and I enjoy lifting and running. I used to play soccer when I was younger, and ran cross country and track in high school. I have a lot of patience and am easy to get along with. My clients always feel comfortable with me and I am good at adapting the conversation so that you have a positive learning experience.

I focus on differentiation within my classroom. All students learn at a different pace, and it is important to allow every individual to feel comfortable with their learning style. When tutoring, I am easy to get along with and enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal level. A strong relationship is key to successful learning.
