About Me

I am a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Communication and Commerce. I tutor a broad range of subjects including English (Grammar, Critical Reading, and Writing) and Math. My favorite subject to tutor is Math because once students fully understand the fundamental ideas of a mathematical area, they can unlock their ability to tackle much more complex problems. I have experience tutoring children of all ages during my years babysitting throughout high school. My tutoring technique is a highly interactive approach, tailored to each student's specific needs and most effective learning style. I am passionate about education and appreciate the opportunity to impart that love of learning to others. My belief is that the critical thinking skills that students develop at a young age can help them to be successful in their subsequent academic studies, personal lives, and future careers. Outside of academia, I enjoy watching independent films, running, and reading.
