About Me
I am a recent graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Engineering. During my time at Columbia, and also in high school, I worked with fellow students as a tutor for various subjects with a math and science background. I have always enjoyed helping young students master the fundamental concepts of arithmetic through pre-calculus by emphasizing real-world applications behind the numbers and equations. I focus on helping students develop problem solving skills that can not only be applied to a specific test or homework assignment, but also to any future assignments that build on that material. I also spend as much time as I can cycling in the summers and skiing in the winters.
