My undergraduate degree is in Animal Science and my graduate degree is in Parasitology. I am presently a high school science teacher. I LOVE science and have been tutoring students in science for 13 years. Prior to teaching science, I worked in research. My favorite sciences are the life sciences: Biology, Environmental Science, Anatomy, etc. Once students realize that science is a part of our life and learn to identify the concepts in their day to day experiences it makes the subject much easier to understand. When I am not tutoring, I like to: travel, learn new sewing techniques, recreate pre-17th century characters, cooking new dishes for my family, and spent time with my lady (our 60 pound lab that thinks shes a baby).
