About Me

My goal is to help you or your child gain confidence and understanding of whatever subject matter desired. I am well-versed in all areas of Mathematics and willing to work with students to help them see tangible gains in their understanding. I am currently a STEM teacher teaching grades K-8, but have been employed previously as a Mathematics Teacher in both middle and high schools. I am an experienced Algebra and Geometry teacher, and I have good working knowledge of all subject areas in Mathematics. I have also been previously employed as a Mathematics tutor for college level Algebra and Trigonometry. I make a great tutor for two reasons, one, my problem solving tool set and, two, my connection to students. I have over 8 years teaching experience at all levels K-16. I have 4 years experience as a tutor for Mathematics, Study Skills and other subject areas.
