About Me

My name is Derek, and I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters Degree in Forensic Science and a minor in Chemistry. I currently work for the US Army Crime Lab as a Forensic Chemist in the Trace Evidence branch. It's just like CSI minus all the action and awesome technology. I have been employed there for 5 years and love it. I have been tutoring students on the side for several years and it has been nothing but a positive experience for me.
