Statistics Tutoring review by Richelle in Bloomington, MN
The client needed to be brought up to speed on z-tests, t-tests, confidence intervals for small and large samples, and f-tests. He had word problems related to comparing sample means and sample variances, and we worked through several of them, making sure that he understood the concepts and the formulas. He's obviously been keeping up with the class, and therefore it wasn't too difficult for him to build on what he's learned. He should be able to quickly work through the textbook examples and do great!

Statistics Tutoring review by Scot in Bloomington, MN
We went over homework with 2 tables and covered different types of probability. Using the tables we calculated the probability of two events using conditional probability, either/or probability, and complementary probability. The conditional probability was the most difficult. Some of the homework problems must be read carefully to determine what part of the statement is given. Overall I thought the session went very well and I think with continued practice the student should do great.
