As a kid, I had trouble learning English as a second language and I struggled to stay focused and organized in school. This struggle helped me develop the necessary skills to succeed in language learning and studying. I am excited to pass on what I've learned to people trying to overcome these kinds of obstacles. I got my undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Economics and a Minor in Political Science. Then I spent a year in China studying Mandarin and working with a faith-based organization.
