Teaching and Tutoring has always been a passion of mine. I attended Texas State University and graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary curriculum and instruction with a focus in math. I have held many positions in education, some being a Student Teacher, AVID Tutor, Breakthrough 9th grade Engineering teacher (summer program), and more. I enjoy helping students understand concepts and how to apply that knowledge to the real world.

My philosophy is to be patient and help the student become an independent learner (to tutor myself out of a job!). I especially enjoy helping students develop self-confidence through working through as much of the material as they can on their own, providing hints when they need them.
