I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville (B.A. Political Science) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. I am a highly competent legal professional with 25 years of experience in areas of litigation, administrative proceedings, and negotiations. I have held several positions, including Assistant Attorney General, Assistant District Attorney, and Administrative Judge. I have a license in multiple jurisdictions. I have tutored pre-law students in the LSAT, law students in first-year courses, and law school graduates who have failed to pass the bar exam more than twice (and they subsequently passed with my help). I have instructed and trained new attorneys under my leadership and helped them to understand nuanced areas of law and trial practice fundamentals in preparation for hearings and trials. I am highly organized, very resourceful, and I am good at breaking down difficult topics so that they are understood and the student/professional can then use that new knowledge in their everyday tasks.
