Julius: Medford tutor
Certified Tutor
As a seasoned cybersecurity executive, college professor, and dedicated mentor, I bring over two decades of leadership and teaching experience to every tutoring session. Whether I'm helping a high school student grasp network fundamentals or guiding a graduate student through complex cybersecurity concepts, I aim to make learning meaningful, relevant, and even fun.
I'm a nationally sought-after speaker on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and workforce development. I currently teach in the graduate cybersecurity program at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I focus on preparing students for real-world success in a constantly evolving digital landscape. I've also served in senior leadership roles within government and industry, so I understand how to connect theory with practice.
But beyond credentials, I'm passionate about helping students build confidence and develop critical thinking skills. I believe learning should be empowering. My approach is adaptive and student-centeredwhether you're a visual learner, someone who thrives with real-world examples, or just need help organizing your thoughts.
When I'm not teaching or presenting at conferences, I'm a proud father, fitness enthusiast, and lifelong learner myself. I'm excited to work with you and support your academic and professional growthlet's achieve your goals together.

Degree: American University - Master's/Graduate, Information Systems
Outside of tutoring and my professional work in cybersecurity, I enjoy staying active and engaged in a variety of meaningful ways. I’m passionate about health and fitness, often starting my mornings with weight training or a long walk to clear my mind. I’m a lifelong learner who enjoys reading books on leadership, faith, and personal development. As a proud father of three sons, I spend a lot of time supporting their academic, athletic, and life goals. I also enjoy mentoring young professionals, especially those entering tech or cybersecurity careers. In my downtime, I love watching sports, traveling, working on home improvement projects, and having great conversations over coffee. Whether it’s personal growth or helping others achieve their goals, I stay inspired by staying involved.
