I am a passionate history teacher with a Master's degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy. In addition to teaching history, I have strong expertise in writing and editing and can help students improve their writing skills across various subjects. My teaching philosophy is rooted in a problem-posing, student-centered model that encourages students to ask their own questions, explore real-world issues, and develop critical thinking skills. I view students as co-creators in their education, providing them with agency over the materials they engage with and how they learn.

My adaptable teaching style caters to students' individual interests and learning styles, ensuring that lessons remain relevant and engaging. I also incorporate an interdisciplinary approach by integrating art and music into my lessonshelping students uncover historical insights while adding a creative and enjoyable dimension to learning. My goal is to empower students to think critically, explore their interests, and become active participants in shaping their understanding of the world.
