Certified Tutor

With over seven years of experience as a special education teacher, I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I hold a BA in Elementary Education and Psychology, an MS in Special Education, and have pursued Ph.D. coursework in Psychology. My experience spans working with students with SLD, EBDs, IDs, and ADD/ADHD, and as someone with ADD myself, I deeply understand the challenges learners face and how to support them effectively.

My teaching philosophy is simple: every student learns best when taught in a way that makes sense to them. I strive to create an environment where learning feels exciting, not overwhelming, and where students can see how what they're learning applies to their everyday lives. By making learning enjoyable and meaningful, I help students build confidence, stay motivated, and achieve success in any setting.
