Hello! My name is Ms. Tipton! I'm a 28 year old teacher from Houston, Texas! I am well-equipped to tutor in English Language Arts from grades 1st-8th grade. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History. Additionally, I am a certified EC-8 ELAR teacher in the state of Texas which reflects my commitment to high-quality education. I am also certified to teach math science social studies as well from early childhood to sixth grade. I am also certified to teach history and social studies from grade 7 to 12th grade.

My teaching journey began around the academic year of 2022-2023 during which I've had the privilege to work with diverse age groups and teaching contexts. I've taught ELAR and ESL middle school students in a traditional classroom setting, using a combination of lectures, interactive projects, and individualized coaching to cater to varied learning styles.
