Hi my name is Tiffany Norman. Allow me to tell you a little about myself. I'm originally from the Washington, DC area. My family and I moved to Charlotte last year and we are enjoying the life here in Charlotte.

I graduated in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and I minored in elementary education. I received my master's degree in 2014 in special education. I have been teaching in the area of special education since 2001 and I LOVE IT!!!! I am currently an exceptional teacher with CMS.

My philosophy on teaching, all students can learn; it is my responsibility to determine how. I am a relationship teacher; this is the description I have received from my previous principle. I believe in developing a relationship with my students/clients because it is important for them to feel (1) comfortable and (2) began to trust me to be able to help them understand those areas that give them difficulty in school; this almost always equals success for the student or client. It may sound like a cliche, but is the honest truth; it is the best feeling when you see your student/client have THAT break through. I enjoy teaching, I believe it is my God given talent.
