As a Financial Advisor, I help clients implement financial strategies that greatly increase their wealth with less risk, reduce tax liabilities, have better asset protection without requiring any out-of-pocket cashflow. I get personal satisfaction helping families secure their financial future in retirement and protect their assets in the event of an unexpected loss, accident or sickness.
Obtained Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's (FINRA's) series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law), 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law), 63 (Uniform State Law Agent), 7 (General Securities Representative), and SIE (Securities Industry Essential) securities licenses. Additionally, I've obtained a Maryland, Georgia and Alabama life and health insurance licenses to become a fully licensed Financial Advisor.
As an FAA Certified Flight Instructor, I taught student aviators how to fly fixed-wing aircraft. More specifically, I teach flight training; ground school, including FAA regulations as noted in the Federal Aviation Regulations, Aeronautical Information Manual (FAR/AIM), topics noted in the Airplane Flying Handbook and Instrument Flying Handbook; and endorsing student pilots for check-rides for obtaining their private and commercial licenses, and instrument rating.
Obtained a Certified Flight Instructor- Airplane (CFIA) and Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII) certifications at American Flyers' CFI Academy in Pompano Beach Florida. Completed an Airmanship and Basic Aerobatics Course at Patty Wagstaff Aerobatics School in St. Augustine Florida. Obtained a Commercial Pilot's license at American Flyers in West Chicago Illinois. Obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry from City College of the City University of New York.
Teach students math and English in preparation for taking their GED. Subjects I tutor include algebra; elementary school math, science, and English; GED math and science; middle school math and science; prep material for obtaining an insurance license. My favorite subject to tutor is mathematics as this was a subject I gravitated to and excelled at in high school and college.
Retired from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) after thirty years of federal service ensuring the safety of foods, drugs, and cosmetics for public consumption. This was achieved first as an Analytical Chemist in the field at New York District Office and Chicago District Office, then as a Consumer Safety Officer in Maryland at FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition within the Office of Field Programs and Office of Food Additive Safety.
