I am a passionate teacher, reader, and writer who believes in the power of literature and literacy to improve the lives of all people. I have experience as a certified ELA instructor with students in grades 6-12, and have demonstrated proficiency with remediation for struggling readers and writers. I have worked with students preparing for AP English exams, ACT reading and writing, and SAT reading and writing. I have worked as a peer tutor at the University of Michigan, and have helped students clarify and create well-crafted essays across a variety of subjects. My mission is to make you a more confident reader, writer, and speaker!
