I am a current undergraduate student at Duke University and plan on majoring in either Environmental Science or Biology with a potential minor in Spanish. One of my most successful study strategies as a student is relating problems to real-life scenarios. I believe that this helps facilitate a better understanding of the significance of answers. My tutoring ideology is based on reinforcing core concepts. Fundamental skills need to be fully developed in order to stimulate future academic success. My methodology consists of making sure that the foundation of a topic is understood before addressing more challenging questions. Outside of the school, I enjoy baseball, painting, fishing, and gardening. I look forward to meeting you in the future!
