For the past 14 years I have been a Spanish teacher of adolescents at an elementary school outside of Chicago. I have a journalism degree, an education degree, and a Masters in Spanish literature. I am a writer by nature (both in English and Spanish) and a student of poetry. I am vivacious, creative, patient and kind. I look forward to providing any help, assistance and insight to others as they pursue their own academic goals!

What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is engagement and practice. I practice my philosophy with students by providing engaging activities that students can personally relate to in the form of reading, writing, speaking and listening exercises. Within these exercises, I provide a variety of pedagogical approaches to ensure students may reach their educational goals.
