Education has always been a very important factor of prosperity of different countries throughout the world. That is why I believe that education is the most important sphere of peoples activity, because it stores peoples knowledge.
Education is the bridge between past achievements and the future ones. Moreover, education is the only way for the people to move forward, because it is the background for science developing, hence its a highway to new discoveries and personal developing. Today we face the world of rapid changes, requiring even more knowledge than it used before. We need to learn new things during the entire life not to fall behind of the progress.I understood the crucial importance of education in high school. Being inspired by my teachers, I decided to devote my life to teaching, helping others learn a new language and developing new techniques of learning, which could be helpful for the students all over the world. As a College Admission Counselor I believe this every time I help someone.

I'd find different methods and try something out of the ordinary.

To help students understand material and not just memorize material.

Prepare, put the student at ease, find their needs and work in a study plan. Understand the future needs for future lessons.

By providing the right tools and resources, and also by understanding the environment of learning.

Follow up, by SMS or phone call, and also by providing real encouragement; ask questions and provide feedback.
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
Finding their personal interests and relating it to content and practice. Making the task fun.
What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?
Relate to the student, have two-way communication and, also practice exercises with real-life content.
How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?
Relating the material to their daily life.
What techniques would you use to be sure that a student understands the material?
Analyze exercises, do a question and answer exercise, and ask for work assignments that are manageable.
How do you build a student's confidence in a subject?
By creating true strengths on the subject, and by encouragement of accomplished goals.
How do you evaluate a student's needs?
Creating an assessment of different learning fields, such as: pronunciation, writing, reading and grammar strengths.
How do you adapt your tutoring to the student's needs?
By real-time communication and planning.
What types of materials do you typically use during a tutoring session?
Audio and video, PowerPoints and book references on the subject at hand.
