I am a recent college graduate with a B.A. in History from Manhattan College. I have been a tutor for over three years. I love engaging in one-on-one tutoring sessions because I think it is the best way for a student to improve his or her understanding of a given subject. I specialize in History and English with a focus on Writing. My sessions are usually a balance between conversation and writing exercises and work best when oriented towards a specific task. My goal is to teach struggling students, or just students who would like to do better, how to become better students themselves, while always being there for support.
