Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of The University of West Georgia, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in History and my Secondary Education Certification. Since graduation, I have had various long term substitute and paraprofessional positions. I have also traveled abroad, which allowed me to teach English to students in Thailand. Although I tutor a variety of subjects, I find the most enjoyment in English and History. As an educator, I believe that learning is one of the most important parts of anyone's life. In all of my educational positions, I have found the most enjoyment teaching Math Support classes in which I help students prepare for standardized tests. In my spare time, I often find myself reading new books or watching various documentaries on Netflix. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, whitewater rafting and camping.
