I have been a math teacher and tutor for 5 years in elementary through high school levels. The best part of my day is seeing students smile the moment they understand the problem and can solve it themselves.

I always try to learn using Einstein's approach to understanding: "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it enough." In my tutoring , I try to impart that same philosophy to my students.
