That slogan is, "every student can learn, every student must learn". Regardless of the difficulty level of the Math content that I teach on a daily basis, I often use understandable algorithms or steps in solving these problems. Due to my extensive training as a Math educator, I am able to devise simple steps to teach complex topics in Math. I utilize my pedagogical skills gained from my training and experience. I was trained to teach students from first grade to college. I also host community summer school to cater to the needs of struggling students. I meet them where they are and then develop them into students who are able to perform at or above grade level.
