I am a graduate of St. Olaf College where I received a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Kinesiology and Political Science while also taking premedical coursework. I am very passionate about learning and teaching. While I am a younger tutor, I have numerous hours teaching and coaching ages six to undergraduate college students. My favorite subjects to teach are physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, and political science. I have numerous academic interests and I believe in fostering a passion for learning in my students. My teaching philosophy consists of developing the student and the person. Through developing personal attributes, characteristics such as integrity and studiousness may be created. It is my goal to help students understand their content and enable them to make connections with whatever they may be passionate about outside of the classroom. I look forward to working with you or your student.

I enjoy competing competitively in Cross-Country Skiing and Soccer. When I am not training, studying, or working, I like to educate myself on the latest sports science and performance literature. When time permits, I also enjoy playing the piano, learning languages, and exploring the outdoors.
