I am a graduate of The Univesity of Phoenix, with a Master's Degree in Information Systems. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, from Davenport University, where I majored in Finance. I have been a substitute teacher for several years, teaching across all grade levels, from Kindergarten to Adult Education. I have worked with all types of students from those with special needs to those that excelled academically. My goal is always to stress the importance of trying and to reward and recognize the student's efforts. My passion is small-group teaching, emphasizing Reading, Writing, and Math. I try to meet students where they are and work to build their confidence in reaching their goals. In my spare time, I like to read and watch documentaries. I also enjoy traveling with my family.
