About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a bachelor's degree in Early Elementary Education. I have been teaching kindergarten in a private school setting for five years, and previously taught pre-kindergarten for two years. I completed my student teaching in Berlin, Germany, at the JFK School in Berlin; and have since been involved in different academic settings as an educator. Teaching is my passion, and I believe our children and students deserve care, love, and respect. I pride myself on an inclusive and safe learning environment, as well as teaching the whole child. Each child has different strengths and struggles, and I would love to help educate and support students and families, based on each individualized need.
