About Me

I have 9 years experience as a classroom teacher and 12 years experience tutoring students who have English as a second language. I also specialize in helping students on the spectrum. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University with a focus on Education and I have also done additional coursework in Education at Governors State University, a leader in teacher training in Illinois. In my teaching, my focus is on determining HOW a student can best achieve their learning goals. Being familiar with the seven learning styles, I believe that everyone can achieve success. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a student succeed!
