About Me

I am a mother of 5 kids: the three girls are 15, 12, and 10, while my boys are 3 and 2. the boys are bilingual, as my husband is Hispanic! I am a highly qualified, elementary school teacher, with 11 years of public school experience in Title 1 schools. I have taught in only 3 schools, as I am in for the long haul. I am conversationally and academically bilingual in Spanish and English. I have experience in working in small groups, interventions for RTI, one on one tutoring in various subject areas, and I am certified in several content areas:elementary Education k-8Middle Level Englishspecial Education Mild/Moderate DisabilitiesPrincipal K-8I have 2 degrees: Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Art in Administration and Supervision!
