About Me

I am currently a graduate student at Ohio State University pursuing my Master's degree in social work. I previously attended Ohio University where I received Bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Social Work, as well as a minor in Psychology and a Certificate in Latin American Studies. During my undergraduate education, I tutored students in Spanish, psychology, and statistics courses with the library's Academic Achievement Center. Through this job, I interacted with student athletes, students with autism spectrum disorder and other accessibility needs, first-generation college students, and ethnically and racially diverse students. Last fall I studied abroad in Cusco, Peru where I took classes about Latin American culture and literature, hiked through the Andes, and tutored young Peruvian women in English and study skills. Although I tutor multiple subjects, I am most excited about tutoring Spanish and Psychology because of my passion for these subjects! Tutoring allows me to share these passions with others.
