About Me

I love working with students! I love learning about students' interests and making tutoring sessions as meaningful and engaging as possible. Working through challenging subjects like reading portions of the ACT or math can actually be fun. We can learn a lot about ourselves through these experiences. I bring a love of music and sports and travel to the work I do. Honestly, everything we do can be an adventure if we approach it with the right attitude and perspective. I believe with the right support and guidance we can overcome just about any challenge we are presented with. I graduated with a Master's from DePaul University this past June with honors. I was the kid who barely squeezed out of high school. I get the struggles. But we have all the resources we need to overcome them!
