About Me

I am former high school chemistry and biology teacher who also spends time working as a research assistant at my Alma Mater, The University of Texas at Austin. I graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in Marine and Freshwater Science and have since worked in several research labs and taught several groups of students. My interests include running and spending time outdoors, attending local concerts, and reading up on current topics in marine science. I am also currently taking classes in G.I.S., a computer mapping program, to help with my research!
