About Me

I have been a chemistry and biochemistry tutor for past 5 years, and have tutored both privately as well in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Arizona State University. In addition to working as a tutor, I currently work as instructor at Glendale Community College and Paradise Valley Community College. In the fall I will be starting my first year of medical school in Philadelphia. With that being said I have plenty of experience and knowledge with material presented in pre-med, pre-dental, and pre-pharmacy course work and have tutored many individuals who are pursuing these fields. My subjects include general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. As a tutor, I encourage individuals to think critically and logically when assessing difficult problems. My overall goal as a tutor is to break down difficult concepts and simplify the information for my students, not only making it easier for them to understand but increasing the likelihood that they will remember the information long term. I truly find great joy in helping students grasp the difficult concepts presented in their core science classes and seeing them become more confident in the process.
